Modi inaugurated the first phase of the Mahakala Corridor
Bhopal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on
Tuesday inaugurated the first phase of the Mahakala Corridor, which is being
built at a cost of Rs 856 crore in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

Pradesh capital Bhopal, was in a festive mood today. Prime Minister Modi
inaugurated the first phase of the Mahakala Corridor - 'Mahakal Lok' - at
around 7 pm.
Before inaugurating the first phase
of the Mahakal Lok Corridor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered a special
pooja at the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain.
A 40-room Dharamshala with five-star
hotel-like facilities is being developed in a heritage building near the
Mahakaleshwar temple as part of the second phase of the mega corridor
development project, a top official said.
'Mahakal Lok' has been developed at a
cost of Rs 856 crores to have a darshan of Mahakaleshwar under the Ujjain Smart
City project and more than 190 statues of Lord Shiva have been carved in the

Yadav died on October 10, 2022 at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram, his son and
former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said. Mulayam Singh Yadav

Praveen Nettaru's wife gets job in
CM's ministry: order from state government
Bengaluru: The state government on Thursday
issued an order giving the post of senior assistant on contract basis to Nuta
Kumari, wife of BJP leader Praveen Nettaru of Sulya taluk of Dakshina Kannada
district, who was killed by miscreants.
Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai had
announced that a member of Praveen Nettaru's family would be given a job in his
office at the Janaspanda convention held in Doddaballapur recently.
Accordingly, the state government has
issued an official order today appointing Praveen Nettaru's wife Nuta Kumari to
C Group post on contract basis.
Earlier, Praveen Nettaru's family
received 25 lakh rupees from the BJP party and 25 lakh rupees from the government.
