Hunger, pollution will not allow building of
new India: Mallikarjuna Kharge
New Delhi: Hunger, pollution high,
rupee depreciating in construction of new India. AICC president Mallikarjuna
Kharge said on Wednesday that the construction of Nav Bharat will not be
allowed. Mallikarjuna Kharge was officially sworn in at a function held at the
All India Congress Committee AICC headquarters in Delhi. Speaking later, he
indirectly attacked the BJP. They are saying that Congress needs a free India
to build a new India. He said that the Congress wants a free India because we
will not allow the construction of a new India. Hunger and pollution are
increasing in the construction of new India. Rupee is depreciating. Therefore,
we will not allow the construction of that new India. He said that we will
continue our fight against this. The government which is supposed to be in
power is sleeping and only CBI, ED and IT are working 24 hours a day. In modern
India, Godse is known as Desha Bhakta. Mahatma Gandhi is known as
anti-national. He shouted that he wanted to implement the RSS constitution in
the country.

Omicron BF7 apprehension: Experts appeal
to people to follow Covid rules
BENGALURU: With the detection of the
Omicron BF7 sub-variant in different parts of India, experts have called for
strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols in Karnataka. The BF.7 sub-strain, known
as 'omicron spawn', has high transmission and is likely to outgrow vaccine
immunity, warns Navodaya Gilla, in-house medical consultant at Care Hospitals
Group. "It is possible that this new mutation can become infected with the
previous mutation through natural infection or even after taking a full course
of vaccines," he said. "This new Omicron variant was first detected
in China. The first case of Omicron subspecies in India was detected in
Gujarat. "Initially the virus mutated several times and the WHO declared the
delta mutation to be the most severe," Gilla said.
"Symptoms of the new BF.7
sub-variant are similar to normal flu and include chills, cough, fever, body
aches etc. It is highly contagious and can spread to a large group of people
within a short period of time. So people should follow the Covid rules,"
he said.
